Customers cannot cancel their orders on their own once payment has been made.
Orders placed with incorrect details—such as:
Government departments
Schools or colleges
Banks and financial institutions
International addresses
Duplicate stamp requests
—will be cancelled by us, and a refund will be issued after deducting 3–4% for payment gateway and handling charges.
For cancellations due to other reasons:
Contact our team immediately with your order number.
If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount minus 3–4% in charges.
No cancellations are allowed once the product has been shipped.
