If there's an error defect, or shipment damage, we will replace the product for free of charge

𝐍𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐞:
The warranty doesn't cover rubber stamps damaged by re-inking with wrong ink

𝐍𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐨 𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐬:
If there's a typo error provided by the customer, the warranty is void.

Custom-made products can't be returned or exchanged if you simply change your mind.

This policy aims to protect customers from manufacturing defects while also setting clear expectations for product usage and custom orders
